What's Making Me Biotchy This Week...

Okay, let's face it, when it comes to sports it's impossible to please everyone. So if we can't make everyone happy, let's do the next best thing and make the Sports Biotch happy. Here are some people who I think should have Milton Bradley's fury unleashed on their asses this week because, well, they're pissing me off.

The Bengals-Seahawks Refs

I promise that this has nothi...um...very little to do with my undying love for Chad Johnson, but the call on Matt Hasselback's "incomplete pass" this Sunday was one of the dumbest things I've ever seen. And the fact that they wouldn't let Lewis challenge it is just an embarrassment to the entire League.

Someone please tell me how this isn't a fumble...I mean, if Hasselback had made it to the end zone, would that have counted as a receiving touchdown? I don't think so.

Whoever the Hell is Responsible for the Rule that Allows Coaches to Call Timeouts Just as Game-Winning Field Goals are Being Kicked

Okay, so this week it didn't make me as mad because it was some pretty sweet justice for the Raiders, but this rule is ridiculous. This isn't what football is about. It's about athleticism, awareness, skill, preparation, strategy...but it's not about loopholes. If the rules committee doesn't change this, I won't be watching football next year...

Oh, wow, who am I kidding? I can't even type that with a straight face.

The Philadelphia Eagles

Yes, the front office AND the whole team. Anyone who didn't slap the person who showed them these and say "HELL NO WE'RE NOT WEARING THAT" can't possibly have more than 2 brain cells left. I know this has been discussed way too much, so maybe they've served their PR purpose, but GOOD GOD...it hurts to look.

The "TO before a FG attempt" has really become silly. They have to change that rule, before a similar situation occurs in a playoff game, causing some big outrage...
